The DR Section of the Massachusetts Bar Association is currently accepting proposals for 60-to-90-minute sessions. Proposals must be submitted using the online form at http://www.massbar.org/DRsymposiumPresentationSubmissions and are due no later than Friday, March 10, 2017.

The 1st Annual Dispute Resolution Symposium is committed to continuous learning and unique educational experiences that deliver contemporary, relevant education to reflect and broaden the use of DR and benefits interaction among users and practitioners.
Share your expertise by making a presentation at our First Annual Symposium!
Proposed topics may include those listed, but any topic which fulfills the advancement of knowledge and practice across all modalities of DR or which support the DR Section’s Mission will be considered. Presentations may focus on fundamental, intermediate, or advanced topics.
- Collaborative Law
To submit a session proposal, please provide the following information: (1) an abstract/description of up to 500 words describing your proposed educational presentation; (2) workshop title; (3) name, title/position, biography of up to 250 words, and complete contact information of presenter(s); (4) Three learning objectives that will be addressed by the proposed presentation.
Notification of Selection
Presenters will be notified of chosen selections in writing on or before March 31, 2017.
The DR Section encourages proposals which encompass multiple DR modalities. You do not need to be a member of the MBA to submit a proposal. There is a maximum of four presenters or panel members per workshop and two proposals per presenter. Please note the deadline for proposals is March 10, 2017. All proposals must be submitted via the online form, accessible at http://www.massbar.org/DRsymposiumPresentationSubmissions.
